Day 33

Apologies for not getting a post out yesterday, but it was a full day of "activities".

Kristen's friends arrived late Saturday night, and they all went with me Sunday morning to bust her out of the hospital. We talked to the doctors around 10:30 and we wheeled her out of there about an hour later. All was good, they did get preliminary work back on her biopsy that shows her still leukemia free which is what we expected but it will be a few days before we have the cyto-genetics back to check the percent of donor cells in her bone marrow.

Once we had her out we went and grabbed some lunch and then did a little sight seeing and shopping at the Galleria. We then took the kids down to Galveston for a look around, and watched the fireworks on the beach at Joe's Crab Shack.

Today we have a trip scheduled to the ATC for labs and most likely platelets at 1pm. Kristen's friends plan to head back to Fayetteville this afternoon.

That's it for now, I'll post again later this evening.

Please continue to pray for:
1) That Kristen continue to take in adequate fluids to keep her liver healthy
2) Good news when the biopsy results come back
3) Ultimate healing
