10 pm

I wish I could report a change but...Kristen's blood pressure was up slightly, her pulse was down to 145 but when we left it was back up around 165. She is about the same regarding her oxygen. Her kidney and liver continue to appear to be shutting down. As dark as that all sounds, we do not give up hope. We gathered our friends Ray, Susan, Keith, and Jamie and surrounded Kristen's bed and prayed for healing. Ray led a beautiful prayer. His words, that God is in the business of miracles and we need a miracle, particular touched my heart. Devin is staying with her tonight. It is important to us that she not be alone.

I mentioned Jimbo yesterday. He had a miracle. He also was in renal failure and the doctors told the family that it didn't look good. This morning he had a complete turn around and late this afternoon they removed his breathing tube. We pray that we also experience such a miracle.

This mom's heart is touched by all the e-mails you have sent telling me what Kristen means to you and that you are praying. She is a light in a dark world to us too.
