Gotta get away...

So we left Kristen alone (or semi alone, Steven was here) for the weekend. It was not easy to give up the control. But when we talked it through we realized that it's not like we really have control over her. We can suggest, we can nag but ultimately she does what she wants to do. She didn't get as much sleep as we would have liked and she ate too much junk, but she had a good weekend. She took good care of Steven, or was it Steven taking good care of her? Who knows. Anyway, we survived, they survived, the cats are exhausted. I'll be pumping them for information later. (The cats that is, I don't imagine I will get anything out of the kids!) We hope to try it again before too long! Now back to the weekly grind!
