Transplant Delayed

Kristen's lung issue has improved but the parainfluenza type 3 virus has caused the transplant team to delay. It seems that if they would go forward while she has this virus she could develop a life-threatening pneumonia. We certainly don't want to risk that. We return for an appointment on the 27th and hopefully move forward then. They will have to order a new cord and they may or may not do the expansion on the cord. All of this is very frustrating.

Please pray that Kristen recovers from this setback. Pray for us all to remain calm and patient. God is in control of the timing.
