Day +72

This weekend has inched along at a snails pace. The highlight was having breakfast with Barbara at the 59 Diner yesterday morning. We ended up going back to the apartment and have done nothing. Today Kristen didn't even bother to get out of her pj's and I was only a little better. I think we are getting tired of thinking up ways to amuse ourselves. We did start a jigsaw puzzle today. It's the watercolor puzzle that we weren't able to finish when we were here during Jan/Feb for Kristen's first round of chemo for her Leukemia. It's a real booger to put together. I've also managed to breeze through a few books over the weekend. I figure I better get them read so that we don't have to haul them back. I'll donate to the hospital what I don't swap (plug for www.paperbackswap.com - thanks Lynne for turning me on to this it has been a Godsend). Devin's afraid he's going to have to rent a U-haul to get everything home. I'm trying to slowly pack things so that he will see that it won't be that bad. We just keep hoping they cut Kristen loose soon, so that we don't have to get any more household supplies. We don't go up to MD Anderson again until Tuesday for the discharge class. So we are already discussing what we will do tomorrow to keep our sanity. Til then...
