Day +55

Kristen had her usual ATC appointment this morning. She's down to a 2.5 hour IV from 4 hours. And no magnesium. Actually that's not entirely true, at least no magnesium added to fluids. She's only on pills. Of course, she does take 12 a day! She's graduated to no IV fluids on her days off. Hurray! Now she has to really make an effort to drink her fluids. I'm really shocked that this is so difficult for her. I constantly am drinking something. Water, coffee, or soda. I need to cut out the soda. Not good for you. Can't live without the coffee. I didn't even drink coffee ten years ago! I digress...Her blood counts are up a little bit again. We are glad about that. She had her biopsy this afternoon. She said it was the best she's had so far. We will probably have some preliminary results on Monday. I think Dr. Popat should be back from his conference.

We don't have any plans for the weekend. We will probably play it by ear. We sent home a bunch of back to school clothes for Steven. Kristen's friend Bentley will take them over to him tomorrow and make sure they fit. I think he is enjoying having a personal stylist in Kristen. As long as he doesn't have to go to the store himself! Lots of love to you all. We are on the down hill side. Only about 7 weeks or less to go! Pray that nothing stands in the way of that goal.
