Kristen had her weekly lab and doc appointment. Everything was good. The blood work is looking good, I was pleased to see that her WBC and HGB (white count and hemoglobin) are almost back to a normal range. I went with her with a list of questions. Luckily any little issues she'd been having are no big deal. Yea! We still need her to eat though. She can't stand the idea, but we are going to try some boost or ensure shakes. She's gotten way too thin. It would be ok but her muscle tone has gone with it. We need to pump her up! (Okay, any of us that are over a certain age see the SNL skit when we hear that phrase.)
Please pray that she would eat properly and regularly and get moving. Also, pray that she manages to get through this cold and flu season with out getting the H1N1.
As I was working and thinking about this blog this song popped in my head:
All night, all day,
Angels watching over me, my Lord.
All night, all day,
Angels watching over me.
As you have probably picked up from previous blogs I have a lot of songs that play in my head. Keeps me entertained. Anyway, it reminded me to pray for those who work with our youth. Those that spend their precious time sharing their love of the Lord.
